  • Why in the world are you demonizing fat so much??? That's what's going to keep you full. Plus, it'll help lower the glycemic load of the ridiculous amount of carbohydrates you're consuming.

  • @t0pflite05 Hello! I don't see where I'm 'demonizing fat'... there are of course good and bad types of fat, and the good ones should be consumed in appropriate amounts. As I mentioned, you should adjust the quantities to your needs, so depending on your activity level you would change the amounts of carbs needed. - This is not a 'ridiculous' amount.   • quark =) in germany it is the most normal thing so it's kind of funny to me how unknown it seems to be in the states=) do you use 1% fat  quark?

    what about cottage cheese ? is that good too?

  • @37mamak Hey there! No I use magerquark :) which is almost fat free quark.

    Cottage cheese is good too, although it has a stronger taste so might not mix in with the apple/banana so well.. Also it's harder to find almost completely fat free cottage cheese compared to quark, in terms of nutrition though not counting the fat they are very similar, so yes cottage cheese is good too :)
