Let me thank you about a million times. My 2.5 year old washer was banging out of control. After massive research on the internet I determined it was the suspension rods. I had a tech come out and take a look he ran me in circles for 2 weeks. I finally decided to find the rods local and take the plunge to install them myself. It was a 30 min job and SO SO EASY.
I am not a fixit kind of guy either. I can't thank you enough for this video.
