We have it too it's mold that is growing from the Roots underground. We had our Tree cut down Like 5-6 yrs ago... Then last yr this Huge Mushroom looked like Cocoa sprinkled ontop of it popped up. Now we have this Bird poop looking stuff we have tried bleach on it It Dont work so we just keep Digging it up for now ....
