Cute compilation! But why don't people in Portland shovel their side walks?? That's how you stay on top of weather like that! I'm from Colorado. As soon as there's even the slightest layer of snow on the ground most people shovel. It's actually a city ordinance that says you have to clear the sidewalk within 24 hours! No such thing in Portland I suppose?

Cause when it's just a few inches that melts off within a day or two a couple times a year, it's no big deal. Well, 12 days of relentless blizzards later, Portlanders have learned to shovel sidewalks and driveways!
