  • shit that they only sell the fs2000 not the fn, still her in the netherlands its not even posible to get an airsoft

  • too bad u can only get it as a dealer sample =[

  • 1st mistake what is saw what you did, you slapped the loading rod, if you do that many times the rifle will jam beacuse the spring is not strong enough and it will crush the bullet inside... ;)

  • @mjkicslo how can a spring not be strong enough but still crush a bullet?

  • @mjkicslo Acctualy it wont crush it like that it would be totaly crush, the rotating mechanism will not push the bullet in the hole but will miss it, and the process will jam the rifle. So you have to pull it back completly. Spring is just strong enough to crush the bullet but not strong enough to push it to the hole :D

  • my fav gun in the world

  • LIAR!! 3-round burst!!2!

  • @Tjorvia Legally still full-auto.

  • Am I correct to assume that this gun will not accept the new 60 & 100 round mags from Surefire?

  • FN F2000 MY FAVOURITE RIFLE! Thank you FNH!!!

  • Best assault rifle in the world.

  • Thing I think is funny.. tell someone to watch the shells coming out. and only shoot 4 rounds and ask them where they went? hehe.. Such a trick.

Like the bullpup idea, but not sure about spending $2k+ on something that might not be any good.

  • Can misdemeanor of domestic violence abusers go to gun shows and fire some guns just for fun? send me message

  • @puntamillhouse well most gun shows you can't shoot guns at. some ranges have gun stores, and generally all you need is ID to fire a gun at a range, including rental. Really depends on state law. In some states you can legally buy a gun with a misdemeanor unless the judge put something on the ruling specific. Other states it prevents any ownership. Check with a local store and find out about the laws.

Sometimes a lawyer can get your record cleared if it has been more than a couple years.

  • just got one damn thing cost me 25grand 20k for the gun and 5k for the extra crap i put on it

  • @BYU1988 Wow really? You were pretty well ripped off then, these retail at $2k.

  • @chunkyfecalbreakfast Fuck really? We got ours for $1,000 at a gunshow. It even came with that weird scope that makes it look like a space lazer.

  • @YoshiFan100 I just found the first place selling the select fire version because I wanted to make the delusional idiot who said he paid $20k for it look even more stupid than he already does. :o)

  • @chunkyfecalbreakfast Simi Auto AR-15 is $850-1200 for most general AR's. a Full auto true M4 or M16 is $15k-19k. So buying a full auto F2000 for $25k, rather than a simi auto FS-2000 for $2k is understandable.

  • @Brantoc I said select fire. The F2000 retails at around USD$2k, I never mentioned the FS2000, it is not select fire. There are no transferable F2000s in the US as the gun was first released in 2001, a long time after 1986. If he owns one he is a class 3 dealer and would not have paid $25k because he could buy one new from the factory. He is also a 23 year old security guard who doesnt make that much money in a year.

  • @Brantoc no its not 1) To buy an FN2000 you need to be a lass 3 dealer so don'y pay the 25k more like 3 or 4, and secondly a class 3(which you'd need to be to own one of these as a civy) would get an m16 fot 2/3k

  • @TheAlexagius: Sorry That was my little brother

  • @BYU1988 wow then u sir are a liar

  • @BYU1988 Class III I'm assuming.

  • @BYU1988 Dude, you got fucked big time.

  • sweet kickback, dind't expect that :]

A new favorite gun has born,

  • it seems like there must be alot of extra stuff going on to make the empty shell travel all the way to the front to be ejected. i dont know what the inner workings are like but why is that necessary....just to make it ambidextrous?

  • @pootinhammer Yeah all the forward ejection is used for is so its ambidexrious. And the reson why it can travel up that tube is because of the bolt moving forward and just pushing the empty cartrige while it cycles another round

  • @pootinhammer so the spent cartridges don't whack left handed people in the face when they switch sides.

  • @pootinhammer Yep! It is very handy for us leftys!

  • @pootinhammer Yep! It is very handy for us leftys! I just bought one two months ago because you can switch it to being lefty so easily.

  • Seriously, why are people posting comments on mw2 here? I play the game sometimes, but at least my head isn't in my ass.

  • Cant belive our army bought this toy gun replacing the ak47.. geesh.

  • @Brainiac83 what army with ak47's has ever won a war?

  • @quartz212 Vietnamese , Bosnian, Iraq war isnt going down so well for the colonials i guess.the Angolians, the Batestas, the South Africans, the Sudanese.Just off the top of my head.anyone can use it and has used it. From the jungles of Indochina, across the middle east, down into Africa and across the ocean to south America it has left a very bloody trail. By far outselling and out killing any gun. Not to mention this fn2000 thing. And outcome of the war aint down to smallarms.

  • @Brainiac83 LOL u just wrecked quartz212! XD

  • @Brainiac83 do you know modern plastic materias are more resitant to corrosion and presures than wood or even steel?, the ak 47 its a bulky weapon, chabered to an almots obsolete round, its not the best assault rifle any more, even russian knew it, and now they use a modern derivate of the ak47, the ak-74m, with folding stock, plastic components and a smaller round, and its going to be rempaced in the near future by the An-94.

  • @curseofa5r5a It's not being replaced by the AN-94

That's too expensive, only special forces get AN-94's, and on top of that they are harder to maintain.

    Also learn to english.

  • @slopeslider90 the AN 94 is way to complex to be mass produced or even used efficiently by a normal solider, it is not going to remplace the ak-74m for a while, i would put my bet on the AEK, much better and simple rifle, the FN F2000 is a great rifle, compact, accurated and reliable, thanks to the foward ejection it doesnt suffer from the limitations of most bullpup designs, is surely a great adition to any armed force and is not a "toy gun" as that guy said, just ask a peruvian commando.

  • @slopeslider90 Coming from a guy who said " Also learn to English" LOL

  • these comments : MW2 fags

  • look at that baby, same damage as an M16, but more Accurate.

  • @leo2404 ? where did you get that from?

  • aren't full automatics illegal lol?

  • @melikeit23 not if u have a class 3 firearms license, then even suppressors r legal :)

  • Leon the Professional is now practicing his new FN F2000.

  • In my view its pointless, i would prefer a slower more accurate rate of fire, would be interesting to see what the recoil is like, and how many of those rounds are on target , or shooting high.

  • @SuperPogo69 Full auto is actually rarely used (as per US doctrine). The M16 and most other firearms that I know of use a Safe, Semi, then Burst, or Auto. The exception to this is the AK47 which goes Safe, Auto, Full because it was based on a more machine gun theory. Auto is usually to keep the enemy's head down, so it is usually a good option to have something that shoots a lot of lead in little time. From what I understand, the bullpup design has good control and good accuracy, even in auto.

  • @SuperPogo69 who neeed full auto any way, if i could have a selective wepaon in the field i would like an atonishing rate of fire, cuz i need a serius fire power when i switch to fully auto, while i would use my weapon in semiauto almost all the time.

  • so just like the m16 family, the f2000 has a bolt release on the side?

  • @mango7272 The only thing it has in common with the M16 is the round.

  • Pointless high rate of fire, you need a truck to carry the extra ammo you will need

  • @SuperPogo69 its called select fire

  • alien gun, get it back.

  • Boy if he shot a 308 he'd get knocked on his ass if he moves that much from a little 223. LOL

  • this guy doesn't need earprotection?

  • @prozest He does have eat protection.

  • horrible gun... It looks like a pile of shit... :P

  • @DantoraMandova Some day you might be able to afford a high end rifle like this and then you will feel so dumb for saying that. My F2000 is exactly what I was looking for in a CQB rifle.

  • @duryeallc Lol u mad?

  • @DantoraMandova You fail at trolling...so hard.....

  • @Breakneckhydra1 Dude, it literally looks like a pile of shit. I'm not saying spec wise. Visually.

  • @DantoraMandova Its not brown, nor is it in the shape of a pile...so how does it "literally" look like a pile of shit? Its preference, and most smart people prefer good weapons like this, which you don't, which is probably why you would use an AK over this...

  • @Breakneckhydra1 FN designed the weapon this shape and size with personnel in mind..like riding in a tank or chopper with little room, it has no sharp edges to snag on shit, or to catch on your gear. Its like the P90's Daddy..

  • @618Bdown I know, I love FN and I especially love this gun, I know almost everything about it.

  • @DantoraMandova you have some weirdly shaped shit then

  • @Synthiotics Yes I do, sometimes it's really green. Sometimes it looks like a cresent moon. Other times it looks like a chicken leg.

  • is that a lefty version or im just seein shit.

  • The rifle on the bipod looks like a hardwood floor.

  • i love how they made this gun unique. how heavy is it "out of the box"?

  • the grip looks as if its way to low

  • lol he calls it a space gun

  • Saw one of these at a gun store in Las Vegas

  • looks heavy though how much does it weigh

  • @jjono1991 its plastic

  • cool, that gun sounds like a man coughing!!!

  • @krudmuphinstudioz hahahh

  • @krudmuphinstudioz victory to you

  • @krudmuphinstudioz The video cut off too early but that model sounds like someone sneezing when you change the mag too.

  • @krudmuphinstudioz hahahahaha

  • @krudmuphinstudioz yes thats what makes it so deadly

  • this gun has a cool ejection system

  • i was hoping to see a mag dump

  • Now that mag-type would it allow someone to pick up say mag cartridges from an M16 (of the same round type) to use on the F2000?

  • @FatalFist the f200 is compatible with m-16 and ar-15 magazines

  • you didnt see it because of the quality of the vid

  • @ShiNinGRaZoR it is look at the shells as they come out

  • @ShiNinGRaZoR hes firing in bursts but its a full auto gun....

  • Give George Clooney thermo-optic trifocal nightvision goggles, a wetsuit, slap a silencer on this baby and we have Sam Fisher.

  • @BeyondInfinium Chuck Norris .

  • @BeyondInfinium Almost. You have to have Clooney lip-synch to Michael Ironside ;)

  • @BeyondInfinium Don't forget the ring foil launcher on to silently take out enemies! But why George Clooney?

  • @OhmBassBubba Look at a icture of George Clooney and compare it to the Sam Fisher model from the first 3 games (preferably Chaos theory as the model's more detailed)

  • @BeyondInfinium they should really make that into a movie! good idea

  • @BeyondInfinium F.... that..

This dude looks just like Leon from "The Professional"

  • @madmaxd1 he might be

  • "full auto" - false

  • the f2000 doesn't have a burst function... either semi (single shot) of automatic... it's called trigger control.

  • That's because if you're not a complete dumbass you capable of firing three bullets in full auto. It has three modes. Saftey, 1 (single shot) and A for Full Auto. Buy one and see for yourself.

    Shitdick.

  • @mintymohawk I dont have the extra cash to blow on one Mr. Internet Tough Guy. I wouldn't buy that hunk o' shit anyways, its worthless, and so are you.

  • @Eyesofthesouth333 its not 3 round burst, its fully automatic and he is controlling the fire in bursts...

  • @asimonds422 I realize that now, shoulda done my research haha.

  • Come on... :D what a great rifle man...

Slovenian army is using this rifle as a standard assault rifle :D

    Great vid!

  • Does anybody know how reliable the ejection system is??

Like can you fire it upwards without it jamming? I can't find anything on the ejection system with google, other then how it works.

  • Barely, I've heard that the odds of rounds exploding is rare do to the composition of material it's made out of and the space it has to dissipate heat efficiently.

  • I didn't say anything about rounds exploding.

I'm on about the forward ejection system jamming when you fire the rifle upwards, because the casings just won't be able to push the others out.

  • of course you can fire it upwards without jamming... you really think the FN guys didn't think of testing that? there's a few SF groups that use this, and a few countries that use it as their service rifle.

  • I didn't shake that much first time I got my dick wet!

  • appleton

  • Same problem as AUG w/ full auto selector in trigger, pop....brrrrrr- pop...brrrrr. Under stress I think most troopies are just going to pull it back and let fly full auto.

  • @sbd45acp that depends. most wont. not if they are trained. unless properly trained troops are layin down VERY serious cover fire or at extreemly close range, they will not go full auto. uses too much ammo.

  • With the trigger as the Semi/ Full auto selector under stress/ cold weather/ gloves etc.you might ONLY fire a single shot when you want a burst or a single when you intend to fire full auto.A separate selector forces the shooter to make a conscious decision to select one or the other. Even well trained troops tend to fire FA during a fight when everyone else is.You can go through ammo almost as fast in semi-auto.Your comments about converting "semi to full" are ignorant & ill advised

  • An ALO is optional in the AUG which is basically a fire selector switch underneath the trigger.

When it's down it stops the trigger from going back far enough to fire full auto, when you push it up you are able to pull the trigger all the way back.

It was a modification requested by the Irish Army back in the 80's. The Australian army use it too.

  • murphxbox- Cool- thanks for the info- I have never handled an AUG( all U.S. import models) with such a device. Makes sense that someone would come up with an answer to that problem. What does the AOL acronym stand for? Is it Austrian?

  • It's ALO stands for "Automatic Lockout".

Irish and Australian Steyr's also come with a bayonet lug. Something you won't find on Austrian and civvie ones.

Also the sights in the Aussie A1 versions have a crosshair inside the ring in the optical sight, instead of just an empty ring like in the other countries versions.

  • murph- Thanks for the info- so rare to find someone who actually knows what he is talking about. Irish need a full auto block & and WANT a bayonet- FIGURES!- No offense- I'm part Irish. I fired an AUG that had the dot within doughnut- liked it best. If you have seen the new U.S. built AUG by Micro Tec or the Australian A3, they have solved the"stuck with the scope" problem with a full length M1913 rail. I really like the AUG but I just cannot abide the squirt gun trigger.

  • Actually the Irish are now using the A1 with an A2 housing with an Elcan Scope as well as a variety of Night vision optics. The Irish Army Rangers already use the A3.

The AUG always had the option of a M1913 rail up top instead of the optical sight. (AUG A2)

The A3 offers a longer rail as well as side rails, but loses the quick change barrel feature. But also has a bolt release catch.

  • The new redesigned A3 on Steyr's site that has all this but retains the quick change barrel feature.

The A3 SF has the standard optical sight with rails mounted on it.

  • The AUG also has the ability to be converted into a 9mm bullpup submachine gun.

Google: Steyr AUG A3 9mm XS

  • Do you WORK for Steyr? Or are you from UK? I have seen the 9mm conversion kit-never fired one. My experience was with 1st gen( A1?) that the scope was fixed on. I thought only the MG receiver could mount other optics until the A2.A3 loses QD bbl. because of placement side rails? That seems odd, good that they fixed it. A few civilian U.S. gas piston AR designs now have QD bbl. /cal. change also.I had a DPMS in .308 w/ .243 upper also.

  • No i'm from Ireland. I know all my stuff about the AUG from the Army Reserve, but i'm looking to go full time.

As far as i know the A2 was released along side the A1. But most countries adopted the A1 because it was cheaper then buying separate optics, and because close combat optics weren't really used much back in the 1980's when the adopted them.

Now that their becoming more popular most armies are upgrading their A1's.

The Irish and Aussie's now mostly have A2's with Elcan's.

  • The first A3 basically just had the housing extended to it went out around the barral, giving full length side rails. So you needed to take off the housing before you could take off the barrel.

The newer A3 basically has a lower profile top rail with smaller right-side rail.

  • And to get around the QD barrel problem they mounted two small rails (one bottom, one left) to the barrel group itself.

As full length side rails aren't usually necessary, their really only used to carry a torch, laser or laser/light combo. The smaller rails the A3 has now are sufficient. Their about the same size as the side rails on an FN SCAR.

  • But the HBAR version (or LMG version) has always had the option of either the standard optic (or i think a magnified version) or with a rail.

All this stuff is on the Steyr's site or on Wiki too, you could just look it up. :-)

So far i've only fired the A1 variant myself, but i've seen the newer ones with the Elcans and night vision in action with the full time guys as well as the A3 with the rangers. I've seen some examples of the HBAR version too, but haven't seen it fire.

  • dude i live in wisonsin and i go to this range

  • where in wisonsin?

  • i like the one from battlefield bad company

  • what do you have to do and how easy is it to get a licence for full auto weapons in the us? I live in the uk and may be moving to america in the future... Would it be possible for me to get a permit?

  • yeah. only certain states dont allow full auto but some dont care.

  • @richardfldif u want liberal guns laws move here to Mississippi.u can carry a handgun in the open on ur side with nothin more than a gun ermit which is easy to get if ur not a complete felon. we have NO mag cap laws an u easly find someone to make even a semi gun full for you. we also have this thing called the castle law where u can shoot anyone on ur property an be legal. no matter wat. an all the libs screamed about it but noone ahs abbused it yet an its been in place for at least 2 years now

  • Sounds good. I'm just fed up with england at the moment. its a bunch of dictators who only interfere with everything and have no interest in what the people want.

Im sick of the bullshit "surveilance society" and not being able to step out the door without having a reason...

You might have heard of an ex-solider over here who is facing FIVE years in prison for handing a shotgun into a police station after finding in his garden!. Apparently because he was in possesion of it!

    GET ME THE FUCK OUT

  • @richardfld its gettin that way here buddy. slowly but surely. we have to stand an try to fight somewhere casue the only free place left after america is australia. after that..... nowhere. except the stars.

  • @richardfld thats really happening wtf i didnt even know

  • I know. im stuck here. what with me being born here. but i really wish i lived in america. atm we have an unelected prime minister a fucking idiot mare and a fucking idiot queen we have no political will or decent partys. this country has gone from one of the best places to live to one of the worst. its become a real shit hole. GET ME THE FUCK OUT!

  • Innit. And another thing is all this multi cultural bollocks and immigration in this country at the mo... I aint a racsist at all but look at what the fuck is going on.. every day our country is being taken over by other races and every day our heritage and national identity is eroded. Not to mention all this bullshit political correctness! British people cant get british jobs anymore because they're all being given to immigrants.. Yet if you complain you're considered a racist... What the fuck?

  • oh ok so you meen I can shoot the mailman if he is on my lawn?

  • @unbelivableLP pretty much. but i dont know the rules for shooting a fed while he is on duty. lolz that might be a bit harder to justify.

  • i think this weapon is more powerfull!

  • i think the p90 looks more useful

  • Thats the gun that Sam Fisher in Splintercell uses!

  • and the factory 10/22 SS bull, and no you won't find one of those in a stupid ass video game.

  • the guy that made guns for halo was makeing the gun and finally was done doing the final details and was proud of it because he made a futureistic gun without any refferences and when he showed the rest of the team some smart ass yelled "that looks like an FN2000"

    he was like "SHIT"

  • Thats Nice! Now go along and play with your toys!

  • A beautiful weapon.

  • Can you shoot the FN2000 left handed without getting manly brass burns on your face ?

  • I thought they just dropped out of the front ejection port at a relatively low speed, I'm sure it is meant to be ambidextrous like the P90

  • Indeed you can fire it left handed, thats why it has forward ejection.

  • yea u can cause the spent cases eject from the front of the weapon

  • yes. thats the beatuy of that gun.

  • FnH knows their "shit."

I loved carrying the SAW in Iraq and was sad when I found out you can't own one in New York when I came back.

The FN2000 is sick IMHO after doing my own research.

I could drop the $2300 for it today but I just can't bring myself to do it for some reason.

    Decisions, decisions .....

  • I know how you feel.

  • lol its funny to see these gun nerds (probably old ass rednecks) are bashing a video game...good job!

  • ffs people QUIT TALKING ABOUT CALL OF DUTY, this is a real gun, not a freakin video game

  • Was this weapon even featured in any Call of Duty release?

  • it will be in modern warfare 2

  • They both kill what theey are aimed at, so whats the difference besides one get re-born. ;-)

  • Where is the actual full auto? Seems like it occurs to no one to just hold down the trigger every once in a while and let loose and just SPRAY, makes it more interesting :O

  • this doesn't even relate to p90

  • LOL I WAS FUCKIN Around

  • yes it does noob, its both FN types made in Belgium

  • so just because the M1A is made at springfield armory so that makes the xd the same thing???? just because the ruger mini 14 is made at sturm ruger and co means its the same thing as a 10/22? just because honda makes the crv and civic their the same thing. ur the bigass noob here.

  • No I was saying it's RELATED to the P90. I'm from Belgium I should know, thanks.

Fabrique Nationale P90 and Fabrique Nationale F2000 are not both submachine guns but they are very related. Lots of things used in the P90 was also used in the F2000.

  • yeah like the screws for example
