Keith is cool, but just remember that the reason Mick Taylor was so distraught is partly because of Keith. Jagger and Taylor r much cooler when it comes to common sense as well as book smart. Keith is philosophical however.
What is so striking is that, so many bands have to "get into character" in interviews such as this. The Stones were simply creating the template with every gesture, every word...no matter how incoherent those words were at times.
i didn't see the band in 72/73, but loved them, bought all the bootlegs. so when i saw them from the front row in 75, and they looked like THIS, i lost my mind. (of course, no mick taylor, sadly.) they looked and played like monsters in the 70s. which is why they'll rule the rock heavens forever.
these people have more musical talent than anyone in the music industry today

@5:13 I'd have to be drunk for this interview too. I can barely understand the broken english.

Early seventies the Stones were at their coolest; nowadays their drug fueled behaviour never 'ld be tolerated, unfortunately.

This interviewer acts some tough/pertinent questions. The boys handle is with typical style. Thats why they are indestructible.

Ah, weren't the 70s great? Where did rock n roll go wrong? So tame these days...

@stevierotterdam the business got hold of the scene, some stupid managers and bankers killed the scene.
The same sort of idiots that ruined the world economy 2 years ago. Greedy mofos, who just care for their own income ....
