actually it's happened with a ex neighbor(they sole their house and moved 3 yrs ago).where we live in florida the law DOES NOT hold a property owner responsible for the death of an animal cause by another if the animal killed WAS NOT on it's property.

so a dog CAN NOT be held resposible for damaging another that TRESPASSED onto someone else's property. we also live 1/2 acre to an acre away from each neighbor. my dog NEVER trespasses now if he did that and got hurt that WOULD be my fault.

I like bull terriers, but I wouldn't trust him around a kitten alone because they are a little clumsy and not so careful when they get excited, and would easily hurt a kitten even if he just wants to play.

the only smell/animal that drives my bully crazy is a ferret - she doesnt care about cats/horses/donkeys but ferrets make her go CRAZY.

my friend once came to my house after playing with a ferret, daisy my dog, barked and barked and tried to ripe her clothes off! my friend ended up having to take a show and borrow some new clothes! so i dont think ferrets good idea!
