@35november its completely different than losing weight that the typical normal person would lose. When fighters cut weight they're losing water weight that they can gain back after the weigh-ins. It's not as if they're cutting 10Ibs of fat in a very short amount of time.

@optimoe54 Being rip has nothing to do with fighting ability. How many "rip MMA" fighters have gassed out, KOed or submitted?
As for it working, don't kid yourself. Mr. functional, synergy, bicep curls on one leg trainer.
