My friends CBR1000rr Will blow my doors off past 150MPH. Mine is a 99 VFR 800, runs strong until about 145, then he waste me from there on. No match the CBR rules at high speed.

Motorcycle magazine gives corrected 1/4 mile et at 11.26 and some other random mag showed the cbr1000rr at 9:92 @ 140.278MPH. now i know that you guys weren't on a drag strip but lookin at these numbers i wouldn't think a vfr would outrun a cbr1000. is there some inside joke i'm not getting?

@acray4448 if that 1/4 mile timie is accurate, that's pretty impressive. My busa does 9.73 at 152ish consistantly. The CBR1000RR's that I've raced have been pretty far behind, that's why the 9.92 1/4 time seems impressive.
