I can not imagine that Poland is building a nuclear power plant to the German border. That would be short of hundred miles to Berlin. In a worst case scenario, the German capital would be endangered!
fission reactors in the next 30-40 years will start to be replaed with nuclear fusion reactors;
fission reactors will go extinct; but nuclear fusion reactors will be a permanent sight in the near future;
so is nuclear power ever going to be phased out? fusion, never; fission, proably not any time soon; should it be phased out? NO! darn hippies; there's riskin everything; enough security measures are enough, nuclear power is here to stay; fukushima just didn't have enough safety measures
