  • No offense meant bro, but how much work are you actually doing laying on the ground? try hanging leg raises, train the lower back as well as the abs to tighten everything up, and do circuits so you produce sweat and burn off that belly fat, flutter kicks with you butt hanging off the bench are also good for lower abs.

  • can anyone tell me if the abercrombie model workout from abercrombieworkout ( . ) com is a good workout or not?

    I'm trying to build that abercrombie model kind of physique and i want to know if it's a good workout.

    If anyones tried it before reply to this or send me a message if you have, i'de really like someone whose tried it's opinion

  • I have never done it before but I have enough understanding to point out that someone looking like that was more diet than exercise. The models in A&F are very disproportionate and not easily achievable by the standard person. You are better off looking into sites like this for more information on getting into proper shape. You can't go wrong with research :)

  • Hi I am a becoming personal trainer and was looking for some good exercises to work out the obliques. The exercise is really good for interior and exterior and the reps are perfect to get a nice burn but while doing you should keep the tension in the muscles which you cant if you bring your shoulders back on the floor...but I am just learner:)
