Sosa's claiming Mayol's dirty but from what I saw, it wasn't a blatant headbutt and they clashed again the 2nd time. I don't think anyone would blatantly headbutt someone after they were deducted a point prior to. Sosa was knocked down with a clean punch after that and he was well recovered from the head butts.
Mayol does lean forward with his head but only when he's punching and he does make a lot of contact with his opponents. He needs to do his best to avoid head contacts but I didn't see him purposely headbutt Sosa. He got caught with a quick punch and he went down. Sosa said he never recovered from the headbutt but he looked fine to me until he got caught.

Sosa is a great fighter, it just so happened that kid rapido landed those good shots. based from my observations, it was not an intentional headbutt, mayol is an in-out type of fighter just like our ala gym fighters here, so a headbutt with a fighter like sosa who does not have the same fast footwork like mayol (no offense meant) is inevitable. Sosa's claiming Mayol's dirty but from what I saw, it wasn't a blatant headbutt and they clashed again the 2nd time. I don't think anyone would blatantly headbutt someone after they were deducted a point prior to. Sosa was knocked down with a clean punch after that and he was well recovered from the head butts.

Mayol does lean forward with his head but only when he's punching and he does make a lot of contact with his opponents. He needs to do his best to avoid head contacts but I didn't see him purposely headbutt Sosa. He got caught with a quick punch and he went down. Sosa said he never recovered from the headbutt but he looked fine to me until he got caught.
