Tar2006, very excellent point! I believe that's the way it should be....too many depend on ssi or ss for other things when it should be only for living expenses, etc etc......so very well said and I applaud you. You should be our next president. lol.

And for those others who wanted to know what he said? Take up American Sign Language at school or community college. :) Hearing people on Youtube depend on vocal language, we depend on subtitles or asl. This our board to learn from others. GBY

@yoguey Learn sign language if you want to know what we saying on our board.

Hearing ppl depend on vocal sound and we depend on asl or subtitles. So what if not all of us have subtitles on our videos.....many of us deaf people understand what the other is saying. So to be quick to judge our brother by giving him a low rating is pretty quick in bad judgement. We depend on our eyes to "see", hearing ppl depend on ears to "hear". Never think we messing around on here, we are communicating. Got it?

Interesting i am hard-of-hearing and when i went to high school i learned american sign language i can understand every hand-sign you say thanks for the advice!!!
