---let me trying to describe it with my own poor English, of course there is seasoning with the food, it contains wild or brown onions even shallots & u could use some carrots & potatoes & also garlic if you'd like... & there also some herbs /we called it KHUMUUL, THAANA, MANGIR, KHALIAR etc.... they're all different kind of tastes & flavors even very special different kind their own scents with them.... ';-P / I can bet only you would see/taste it in MONGOLIA, but no where else...

You could feel it, taste it, smell it only in MONGOLIA, there is nowhere else like such EXPERIENCE.

mongolia is such a beautiful country...i've been there and even though it's a poor country, the natural beauty of mongolia is amazing, like no other country..i stayed at a nomad family's ger as well but i didn't try any of their meat except for their milk tea and mutton dumpling..watching this makes me wanna return to mongolia and spend more time exploring that beautiful country.
