@Hypsch actually the pinyin name is Gui Ding quan but you are right, it is sometimes refered to as shaolin quan because it is one of the core fist forms

One thing i do not like of today shaolin students is the lack of respect of some of them with the kids. It is an excelent video, but that part where he hits the kid....i do not like it. The kid wasn't training, he was just there standing up seeing a great performer, it doesn't look he could move back more.
Oh nono, our Shishu is respect in person ;) and he loves kids. If he really had hit that certain kid, it was surely not by lack of respect or by any other intention. Although I don't remember them being hit, since I stood somewhere there in background as well.

Naja klar isses "shaolin Chuan"...
Shaolin Chuan heisst übersetzt Shaolin "Faust". Das ist aber nicht unbedingt ein name für die Form es bezeichnet nur das was er macht, ne faustform ^^

ich mach selbst Shaolin Kung fu bei mönchen und wir haben tatsächlich eine Form, die so heißt! Und das "chuan" Faust bedeutet , weiß ich auch... :P

Erm he didn't hit any of those 3 kids dude! I am the guy to the right of them and there was no hit for sure!!
