Wow, this meter measures line voltage, amperage AND phase angle. I wouldn't be surprised if it provided wireless telemetry back to the station over mobile phone signal. Imagine, the meter man never having to come on to your property to read your meter.
Also, what is that round clear window on the lower right of the unit? Is that an optical link for downloading meter readings/history/etc?
What's up with the poor current balancing on Phase 1?

@amfan12 There was not much load on.
The hot water zip was drawing some current.

@MadManMarkAu Correct. The meter does everything remotely and is automatically read every day
The round clear window is for programming the meter and reading the data optically.
The opto head is magnetically attached
