played with cain (and i was having lucky foot) and i was having 2 lifes.got lunch and haved 3 lifes,then goed to the satan room and took brimstone,so got only 1 life left.later,got in caves 1 with 22 coins.saw a wheel of fourtune machine.spent all my coins and i was soo happy that it gaved me 6 pills of health.yes,it gaved me aslo coins so i haved lots of tries.like...um..40 coins.But imagine it: 7 HEALTH CONTAINERS! AND BRIMSTONE!!! HOLY FUCKIN' CRAP!

My life is now happy cuz i defeated mom.

Lucky Foot is just too good, especially if you get an arcade, Pretty much only play as Cain because of it.
