  • @shurdawg well i know this : if you're too lean it's quite hard to gain muscle but i've seen it especially in teens and young men that i've trained but as a general rule even at my age ( 36 ) i know that muscle can be gained while you're rolling at a moderately lean BF% which is around 8 to 10% BF, the thing is real muscle gains are small by all measures so a 5 Lbs of Real hard muscle gained in 1 Year is a great achievement even for our chemical non-natural counterparts .

    and how can one become a power-lifter from bodybuilder ??

  • @runescapeclassicable Don't need a video man it's pretty basic. A power-lifter trains purely for strength and to lift big and accordingly they do 1-4 rep sets. Also; they tend to not worry about diet assuming they meet their daily protein intake. The diet of a power-lifter is like 1 big dirty bulk. A bodybuilder is someone like Lui who trains for aesthetics and a ripped physique. Most bodybuilders either train in 3 sets of high reps (15-25) or 4/5 sets of medium reps, such as 8-12.

Why do something that cannot be undone without painful and expensive removal procedures?! For example, getting a tattoo of your guy's or girl's name. Hellooo?! Over 50% of marriages end in divorce.   • @seattle0002 i would have regret if i didnt do those tatts :) It depend on all ppll and especialy the reason why you're doing it and the meaning behind it. For me, my tattoos are part of me and i enjoy them everyday :)

When it comes to abs, it's all about KISS - Keep It Simple, Stupid. Crunches, leg raises, oblique swirls, diet and a lot of will power. Keep going Luimarco!

  • I dislocated my shoulder a while back and it keeps popping out of place...for that reason I avoid workout that require the use of my shoulder...I was wondering if you had some tips or alternative workout that would help rehabilitate my shoulder.

  • @JamieMacManus your not a crunch is only moving your chest up and not your entire torso but the way his doing them is more effective than regular sit ups

  • bro if i run at treadmil... i can't get heart bit at 133-140 ... but walking with an inclination yes of course. So it's the same thing? walking i dont sweat a lot.. running yes... but if run my heart bit goes at 160 ... and i will burn muscle.

    Doesn't have too, it depense on your total cal if you lose muscle or not. If your cal is to low, you will lose muscle yes.

  • @HollanderT12345 i didn't understand you :(. so i will burn cal with 133-140 heart bit too??? anyways i burn 320 cal in 50 minutes. is it normal? i burn muscle too? however in 30 minutes i burn 200- 210.
