you guys don't get it....when u evert closure like that...its to overcompensate when the scar heals and starts to widen and flatten...you don' t want it to open become wide and depressed....it will actually heal it better.
@katwoman911 Watch again... the horizontal mattress suture. When he goes back through the wound, he pulls the needle and thread upwards instead of going straight to the opposite side as in the vertical.
