That's funny....I just spent the last 10 minutes trying to figure out which one of my smoke alarms needed a new battery.

Minwax spar Urethane high gloss.. 6 coats. Indoor/outdoor.. $35 a gallon. ! gallon goes a long way..All the furniture in this video used less than 1/2 gallon... This finish will last forever indoors. Outdoor use will have to be re-coated mabye 5 years..

How do you make them so glossy? And no, I do not know anything about working with wood. lol. But I'm guess its some sort of shellacking?
