@sazaizada Haven't seen too many ostrich eggs, huh? That's an emu egg. Ostrich eggs are white. You can't crack an ostrich egg like that. Best way to do it without breaking the yolk of an ostrich egg is to use a saw on the top or a large drillbit or hole saw.
