I am not of a religion. Religion is trying to get to the creator while I let Him come to me. How can you pray at a minimum 5 times? I don't understand that? Is there something you pray for? The British gave most of the land to the Arabs, except a tiny patch of land which was split between the Arabs in that location and the Jewish population. The only reason it didn't happen was because Arabs chose to become violent about it.

There used to be a large population of Jews in that area until the Romans took over and eventually forced the name to be changed into Palestine and forced the Jews into leaving their nation for the far reaches of Roman territory. Also another odd thing, the Merneptah Stele, the reference to Israel is that of a people or group of tribes, not a nation. Canaan shares the same territory that Israel does, and was a province of Egypt in at least the 15th cent BCE, which predates Judaism.

And it was considered, but Arabs turned it down. All the nations there was pretty recent as they only came into existence after Ottoman empire collapsed. The British gave most of the land to the Arabs, except a tiny patch of land which was split between the Arabs in that location and the Jewish population. The only reason it didn't happen was because Arabs chose to become violent about it.

There used to be a large population of Jews in that area until the Romans took over and eventually forced the name to be changed into Palestine and forced the Jews into leaving their nation for the far reaches of Roman territory. It doesn't matter what has happened to the Jews, they had no rightful claim to the land. And they had much less right to evict everyone who lived there. At least morally speaking ( legality is an entirely different issue - which favors the Jews ).
The Arabs were understandably upset with the giving of their land to foreigners.
Would you be upset if you were evicted from your house just because the owners before-last wanted it back?

Yes, you are correct in saying that the Arab leaders keeping the sore open for their own gain without any true concern for the Palestinians ( this is no hoax, the name was given the area by Rome, the lack of a national/ethnic/religious identity doesn't make these people not exist - they are Palestinians because they were in the land of Palestine for generations ).
And you do realize that the land wasn't just empty for 1,800 years, right?? Seriously, you can't be that foolish!

@looncraz It's a hoax. The nation back in that time essentially ended then with the removal of it's population. Palestina was nothing but the name of the geographical area. There never existed a nation there since then until recently when Israel was founded. A Palestinian state would also have been founded if it wasn't for the violence they caused.
And I never said empty. Only very thin. A very small static population. Only in the 1920s did it become anything significant.

@Cordar Palestine in 1850 had about 350,000 inhabitants, roughly 85% Muslims, 11% Christians, and 4% Jews.
That might seem small, but it is not! The U.S. only had about 23 million people total at that time!!

@looncraz At the very least those who were forcefully moved were among those who reacted to the birth of the nation with hostility. Did the Jewish population in the Arab nations who had lived there for a very long time deserve to be moved like they were? They didn't respond to all the shit thrown at them with violence, and were hated for no other reasons than being Jews.
