i'd say the control, nuance, and accuracy is just fine. honestly, if this guy had sucked and then said it was an easy song he would be ridiculed. but he does, in fact, capture the feeling of the original and does make it look easy.

This guitar is actually my second student guitar, which I got over 15 years ago. It's an Admira, although I'm not sure which model as I don't have it here right now.

As far as I know, Admira is a reputable manufacturer. I don't know how much you are looking to spend though, but their Supreme Series models have prices up to about 1450 US Dollars.

As for used or new, I think as guitars age, they start sounding better, but on the other hand, production quality nowadays is better than ever.

Hey, I'm not claiming to be anywhere near as good as Nick and I didn't mean to say the song is easy, but that it's not that hard in comparison to most of his other songs, some of which are even extremely difficult. By saying 'not really that hard' I was sort of apologising for choosing this song and not a technically more challenging one, because people may look at this thinking 'oh no, yet another pink moon cover'. I try to do it justice as much as I possibly can.

The genius of Nick Drake was indeed the simplicity and thoughtfullness of his tunes and the depth of his emotion. What a rude dick you were 3 years ago, wonder if you have changed. For starters, use the tabs available at nickdraketabs dot com and listen to the original recording very closely. Timing is very important, playing and singing the chorus at the same time can be quite tricky at first.
