I had the situation too where the hunters never crash through the door. I found there were a couple of combines in the shed right outside the force field (the one with the health recharger visible) that were never triggered. Bounce a couple of grenades inside the shed to kill them (there's two I think) and the game will progress.

You have to kill 2 supersoldiers (white) first and remaining soldiers. Only then hunters entrer the building.
