@bluegrassman776 Respectfully, the idea of life after death, in my opinion, does not exactly make sense. Humans are animals whose minds have evolved and developed more than, say, monkeys. @bluegrassman776 - Bill Maher does not believe in the concept of souls and as a fellow Atheist, neither do I. And I wouldn't say we 'hate' Christians (or the religious for that matter), we hate the RELIGION.

And sorry, but your god is not a deity of love. Loving fathers do not torture their children in the basement for all eternity for using their rationale and logic and coming to the conclusion that considering the lack of evidence, said 'father' (god) does not exist.

@bluegrassman776 atheists do not hate christians. atheists, along with many other peopel just dont want christians to legislate their morality on us. and christians seem to want to do that a lot. is it a putdown to christians to point out that some of them are disgusting little homophobes? is it insulting to christians to incist on teaching science in schools instead of creationism? is it insulting to incist on following the constitution ,the law of the land, and not the bible? i think not

Ah, the "good old days"...when it was easy to tell who the bigots were because they were proud of it. Wore it as a badge of honor... Now, instead of wearing hoods they wear suits... They feign ideals of equality but all the while "clothe" their bigotry in "patriotic rhetoric" and "concern for their country". Institutional racism; scary isn't it?
