I was at that show, up on the lefthand balcony. By the end, everybody was really pissed at Dave. He may not have been responsible for the setbacks [necessarily], but he sure was being a jerk about it. We waited for two hours before he even bothered to say anything, at which point he told us to keep waiting. I wouldn't say he got boo'd off the stage; while everyone in the venue was booing, it was apparent that he was incredibly frustrated himself.
When the sound guy fucks up it hurts the bands performance, a lot of sound guys like to tork up the bass way too much and it doesn't sound right for metal. I remember seeing bands like Shadows Fall sound like crap because the bass is jacked up louder then the guitar and drums. Anyways, I saw Megadeth 2 years ago and they were amazing.

I don't see a man being booed off stage. I see a man rocking out despite technical difficulties. It sucks when stuff doesn't work. I've been to concerts that were pretty much wrecked due to technical issues before. It sucks.
