Thanks. I didn't draw a schematic but it would be very easy to build one. Take the Gibson GA-40 Trem channel (minus the trem) and add that to the 18 Watt Marshall PI & Power Section. I tweaked a few values in the pre to make it a little better sounding with my Les Paul. You could easily add a 3 or 6 way switch to give you a whole range of character for different guitars.
How hard would it be to do this convert an amp? I've seen basket case ga-40 go for over a grand and in my opinion this soulnd much better!
