Too fucking confusing. Just make a ten second video doing this: File > Save Copy in > Click All Audio Files > Save... Should it really take 2:16 to do that?

This is a really interesting video but a few things got me confused. 1st of all i tried everything you said but doesn't work for me, are you using mac or pc? 2nd what version of protools you got, cause in my 7,4 version i dont see anything of what you talked about.

Buy a mac.

We actually have a couple Macs and a couple PCs (running XP) here in the studio. We find Pro Tools is just as powerful and stable on either. More importantly, the music recorded sounds the same on either platform. I think it's just a preference and budget issue these days. I run the Mac OS and XP on my Mac - I say whatever works for you so you can make some music!
