And the problem with the universe being created over and over, is that again, it must start from somewhere because evidently everything has a beginning because even the universe itself is growing, or expanding, and for example,...

@potatogy so if it started from somewhere it must have had a beginning. Scientists usually either say the universe came from nothing than originated from the big bang, or that it constantly creates itself from nothing over and over and over. But there's a problem with these two theories...

But it seems the universe is created with only finite things. So we see things being born, living, and dying, everywhere whether it's a life form or an inanimate object. And we see that it is expanding indicating it must have started from somewhere.

It especially doesn't mean that we should claim to know WHAT this creator wants from us, & how he wants us to live. There is nothing humble about that, no matter how much the religious call themselves so. Science is based on what we know, and understands what we DON'T (the beginning of knowledge).

The speaker is wrong about atheists having a central, foundational proposition of evolution. Atheists are simply people who do not believe in god, and they exist for many reasons, such as failing to be convinced by religious arguments, or being a child who has not yet been indoctrinated into a religion or is not old enough to understand it., or being a person who has simply never heard of religion. Intellectual atheists tend to accept evolution because it is proven fact.

This video did not get into the meat of the speaker's arguments, only the definition of the propositions. However it looked from the beginning slides like he was going to make the old First Cause argument. This argument has been debunked many times by atheists. Not only do we not know enough about the vast, sometimes counter-intuitive cosmos to apply this argument, but even if we could it does not work, because god does not solve the problem of infinite regress. Who created god?

As one who isn't very knowledgeable, is it possible that evolution of earthen creatures like us (including macro, micro, natural selection) and the "evolution" as we could call it, of the cosmos and the universe as the whole?

Because scientific theories, estimations and discoveries proposing that those evolutions are fact, are indeed quite, if not very viable.

We are A BIT MORE than a computer, and we are able to update and fix ourselves, and are given free will which you mentioned, that God tests us with.
