@rothery86 It's to prevent (or minimize) chafing. They wear a very heavy jacket on top of their undershirts as you saw and that causes a lot of friction on the nipples and can cause a lot of irritation and pain. He bandaged it so that the nipple isnt chafed. A lot of long distance runners do the same.
@sambelton11 that's what happens when you get a comercial city SUV, give to a "scorpion developing mechanic" and try to chage the whole of it to ride through dakar....
Charlie always seems very uncomfortable in front of the camera. Seems embarrassed to have failed. Dosen't half complain alot!
