@ViciousBeautyNYC YES BUTTTT each follicle is in a different stage, their not all in the same stage of growth at the same time my dear. that's why some ppl have one side that is growing longer than the other,uneven lengths, etc. eating the right foods, proper water intake and hair maintenance can prolong the growth phase. and the damage we do/or don't do to our tresses is what determines whether the length we grow, can be maintained. just some food for thought! -@jemstone0006

First off... At first it looked like you'd chopped your hair off again.. You soooooooo suit that style !!!! Secondly .. You're so encouraging .. I've just reached One year natural ... And my hair is about 3.5 inches long.. I BC'd right down to a number 2... So I had hardly any hair lol.. But it's grown back nicely.. I'm gonna aim for 6 more inches by next October definitely... 6 inches is child’s play once you know how. You can do it! I’m behind you and here to help if u need it. Advice re: combs, BRUSHES & manipulating hair. Only using wide teeth comb and even then sparingly. NEVER use hard bristle brushes as they tend to cause breakage and reduce handling hair ie fiddling etc to a minimum. Lose elastic bands, hot combs, flat irons, curling tongs etc, condition your hair after washing, sort out your diet and you’ll have started down the right road to success. G.luck!

There's only a few inches of the damaged hair left, but i had really long hair before, i mean its still long, but i had to cut some off when i damaged it, and its not growing as fast as it used to and i really want to grow it out long so i am deffiniatly going to do this and take pictures every month to see how my hair has grown :)
