  • What can be said about Steve that hasn't already been said? Marriott is the real deal and someone to admire for his HONESTY as a Musician.

  • I was a bit harsh on Jimmy, but he did say himself, that he just wasn't getting on well with the other fellows. I must admit, he's really good on 'Baby, Don't Do It'. If they could've worked together almost like the Beatles, there wouldn't have been that too great a pressure on Steve all of the time. Lane, Ian coudl've increased their writing.

  • @ 6:06, I know someone had posted the vid.

  • God bless 'em! Small Faces forever....

  • every time i find myself in a Small Faces comment section, i have to shout Steve! Steve! Steve! and praise him... and tell the world how much i love him. such an amazing, incredible, blow-me-away every time performer... R.I.P. Steve!!! bet the angels have you singing for them.

  • @jenzeppelin & I bet the little bugger's laughing at them for paying him for doing it. ;-)

  • Wow! So glad I found this. Have looked for lots of SF stuff, but never found this 'til today. THANKS, gordywilson

  • we love them..we really do.

  • This video is so bloody brilliant...takes me back to my youth.. Thanks !!

  • Why does it say All or Nothing for Lazy Sunday?

  • hard to believe how Blur ripped these guys off , particularly on park life

  • Great comment! Agreed! Why do these cool docs always drag out a Weller or some sort to prattle on bout how similar they are blah blah, oh PLEASE! I'll take Marriott's so called rock yodel anyday over Bragg! Noone finer in rock Marriott was it and he played with the best because he was the best!

  • Well, in Billy's defense, I don't think he'd ever dream of claiming he could claim like Steve. Or that he can sing at all for that matter. I think it's important that younger artists acknowledge the greats from the past. (and I believe he was referring to Steve's Humble Pie-ish "rock yodel" . I agree with him. I prefer cockney Steve.)

  • @mrmarriottsgirl I agree with Mr.Marriotsgirl and Minutegongcoughs.

  • Good doc. Could do without Billy Bragg stealing the thunder. He was in diapers at the time? Tx for uploading the three parts.

  • @minutegongcoughs Billy Bragg was born in 1957. He would've been 10 years in 1967. He's saying that 'Lazy Sunday' is the only song that he connected with? How could he have any say about this?

  • thanks for adding this documentary :-)
