ENERGICA. The next-gen electric superbike

Could somebody please explain this to me: What kind of an electric motor produces 100kW power, because when I look at this video: "30 kW motor starting" (granted the motor has to be pretty old), this big monster produces only 30kW, so I can't possibly imagine how, such a tiny engine (tiny enough to fit into the motorcycle + batteries) can produce such power 100kW??

thanks for watching the video! We would like to share with you some info about eCRP’s motor and Energica’s motor. eCRP has two Agni Motors with 26 kW each, so our electric racebike eCRP has in total 52kW . Energica has a 100kW motor with a 10kWh battery pack.
