Megaman CAN'T kill humans or injure them in any way, but im pretty sure shooting someone's ship with a missile and crashing them to earth through the atmosphere is deadly enough to register as a "don't do" in megaman's brain.
I mean destroying armed robots with a human rider is technically disarming, not attacking.

Mega Man chases Wily and blows up his escape pod, as a giant missile attacks earth, makes a huge mushroom cloud, but then we see the credits with happy music is if what just happened was a GOOD THING. Baffling.

I wish they had included the Game Boy games on the Mega Man Anniv. Collection they released for the PS2 (and other systems) - similar to the way they included the Game Gear games on the Sonic Collection that Sega released.

That is weird on Wily - especially since they had him right in the first one for the GB - same as he looked in the NES versions. Don't know what they were thinking when they put him in this one.
I love this game. Maybe i should try a Speedrun.. hm..

Since it is not luck, that means you have no taste. For example I prefer the NES tune for Woodman compared to this crappy GB re-composition.
The ending music especially from the beginning is terrible. I'm sure you did not manage to miss that.

- For once, I thought Dr. Wily's machines are outright dumb, including the kiddy dinosaur outfit
- The missile that Megaman sucked from Dr. Wily has eyes (another mystery) and looks like a male reproductive organ)

+ The title music (that was replicated in Dr. Wily's stage) is EXCELLENT.
Cons
- ALL the other music pieces were unheard of and are terribly composed, including the ending music that nearly made me cringe and then puke
- Ridiculous sound effects when energy is replenished
- Bland sound effects when weapons hit the enemy and when taking damage from the enemy
- Dr. Wily is drawn smaller than Megaman for some mysterious reason
