Those are birds. I'm all for proving alien existence, but there's another vid where you could see the wings flapping (it looks like they're glowing, but if you look closely enough, it's the motion of their wings in the distance).

i saw something really similar to this back in Jan 04.

there were a lot more of the dots that seemed to have no overall shape, but they in smaller groups they made perfect rectangles, triangles and diamonds.

i thought they were birds at first but they were above stratocumulus clouds and kept their formations
