Some concepts are nice, but tbh this is pulled off with very short term thinking. It doesn't have much taste either, who wants a horrible counter like that in their kitchen? The gadgets will be out of date after a few years, so hopefully whatever they use to hook it up with the central control system is compatible with every other tech that comes out later. Idk, they make it seem as if the house is in a "fixed" way, where as that's the last thing people want. They need customisation.

Everything they showed on here you can already do with pretty much any smartphone. You can control your TV, your Air Conditioning, refrigerator, stove, your shower heads and even start your car and all from your bed. There are free apps for everything. But you gotta have a wifi installed, $20 worth of equipment. With smartphones all of this is possible. I for example use Droid from Motorola, and can do everything with it. My car is 20 years old, and I can start it remotely let it warm up, lol.
