  • @Boomslang321 its called spreading the word, since when has that been cheating? And, btw, videos don't get picked on the number of views or likes, they get reviewed from judges at planet connect.

  • Very nice video, will come back for more!

  • Keep on spreading the word! Last day of voting!

  • I think some people have no idea what 4XxMETALGEARSOLIDXx2 was talking about, probably because he was overly vague and obnoxious. The making of smartphones has contributed to human rights and/or worker violations in both China and Africa. People have died. It is much too complicated to explain on a Youtube comment, and this isn't really the place anyway. Regardless, these gentlemen are talking about using smartphones already on the market.

  • The smartphone thing is a bad point. I mean, I guess it doesn't matter if the lives of thousands of Chinese and African workers are wasted in the attempt to release less carbon.

  • @4XxMETALGEARSOLIDXx2 Well since all these smartphones are being manufactured anyway, why not use them for a good cause?

  • @4XxMETALGEARSOLIDXx2 And shame on you for stereotyping Chinese and Africans workers...that they are "wasted" (what does that even mean?) and that they're the only ones who make smart phones

  • @4XxMETALGEARSOLIDXx2 Hm...have you noticed that most of the people appearing in the video are Chinese? Or that the video didn't actually promote the exploitation of workers by smartphone companies? And that the video was about using the applications and tools on a smartphone, and not about the actual process of making a smartphone? Oh, and do you have a phone made in China by any chance?

  • Wow. I never knew that smart phones can make such a difference in this world

  • i agree with you guys completely!!! out with paper tickets and in with smart phones!!

  • @cookiedahbest furthermore, reusable NFC card-tickets have been used for years in America and around the world for metros and subway stations. I believe this is what you are referring to.

  • @cookiedahbest that is correct. there are a few phones out there that support NFC, however when you factor in how the iPhone (shown in the video) as well as almost every other smartphone out in America doesnt support NFC, it would do more harm than good for all the millions of people to throw away their current phone for a new NFC capable phone. Once again, I like this video for its ideas but the author forgot to look at the more immediate effects of his concept.

  • we heard you might be entering another "get green" contest, so we'll be waiting for more!

  • this is a good video but i just wanted to point out that the phone used in the video (iphone) doesn't support NFC which means that it can't be used as a electronic ticket/wallet. not hating, just wanted to point that out.

  • @UnrealMagicx actually in asian countries.. they do support NFC currently from what i know, Korea and Japan are using them

  • @UnrealMagicx What I think they were going for is that as newer phones are released, more and more of them will start to support NFC, and people will begin to buy these phones with NFC when they switch phones, instead of simply throwing their old ones away. Also, there are rumors that the newer iPhones will support NFC.
