the honda v65 would have been a great contender if honda decided to keep up on it. v65 may not quite keep up with a max or look as good, but it's still "permagrin" material. It's a shame they didnt continue with them
the new one's even worse of a tire shredder; 200hp and so much torque the rear wheel breaks loose every time you come out a damn corner. of course the new one is 18 grand, but if you can afford it; it's probably worth it.
a lot of the old max diehard fans are upset about the massive increase in weight on the new version. I can imagine with 199-200 claimed hp it would still give you warp speed tunnel vision on WOT.
