just starting my second week and i feel awesome! i just couldn't do the Yoga last week but I'm really going to try and do it this week. it's a psychological thing i need to overcome. it's easier for me to do 1.5hrs of intense cardio than something slow and steady. you're a motivator...keep us updated!
You should be ok with a few beers if you add some jogging/ running. 20 minutes on the treadmill if the weather is bad or measure out about 2 miles right outside your front door and walk or jog it until it becomes an easy quick run for you. Try it out during one of your phases and keep watching your worksheets to see what it affects.
I said almost the same thing as you did about staying in control about 3 days ago in one of my videos. I think it was my Chest and ABs video. What true is true.
I don't drink beer...but I do drink Jinro (google it) everyday. Mixed with ice, little bit of water and a splash of lemon or grapefruit juice. A splash being around a teaspooon.Cranberry is also another great alternative. I'm sure you already know that by now, though. Funny, but here in Japan, they love this Korean liquor. Huh! Go figure:}
I can dig it. I do the same thing with diet tonic water on the rocks with angostura bitters. Just like having a drink when you're in chill mode.... lol
u r right about the yoga. I love the yoga and those last 10 minutes are heaven. After im finished, i feel so refreshed. Good to see another vid from ya.
