I think pvp acquired gear being stronger than pve gear is an interesting concept. pvp is kind of the great equalizer, in that no matter what your skill level, with enough grinding you can get rewards. That and people with irregular schedules and the general inability to get into a coordinated guilds will be able to get geared up to see content. As for the issue of minmaxing and theorycrafting... may everyone that participates in that idiocy explode -_- either you kill a boss or you dont, gg

Think the reason huttball is the most comon is the number of people in the beta atm and the disporpotonate number who are doing empire. with huttball able to go same faction vs mode youll get that more often

no pve gear does 10% les dmg than pvp gear in pvp.. pve will do 10% more dmg in pve, andpvp gear in pve will do 10% less than the pve gear...
