I think Siobhan Fahey left in the late 80s to do her own stuff. Jaqui Sullivan joined for a bit but left in the very early 90s (91 I think, but it could have been later). I think she left to do her own music stuff too. They've been a duo for a long while though

Don't know why she left, but Siobahn Fahey left in 1988 or 89. She formed the group Shakespear's Sister with Marcella Detroit. They were big in the late 80s, early 90s but broke up after their 2nd album. They're best known song is Stay.
