did you always have that ankle crank?? i think i would be able to do this alot easier if i could bend my ankles like that lol.. you create such a flat surface.. seriously pause the video at 1 minute while he/you do you inside delay
here's a "more crank" tip. Bend your ankle like you're going to do an inside stall. Then, put your outside surface on the ground and put a little bit of weight on it to stretch it further. Then, take your foot off the ground and bend your ankle (crank) a little bit harder. I bet you'll have an easier time doing osis and inside stall once you stretch just a little bit.
yeah i have done that, and i couldn't do a clipper at first, im not sure if that was what improved it or me practicing clippers slowly, over and over again... but sure lets hope i break it, the doctor asks me what i was doing, and they fix it so i have a ridiculous amount of ankle crank, twice as much as you.. then i will have a tutorial on how to fix ankle crank.. haha, yeah i will give it a shot, thanks for all your comments man...
Zooming technically means "osis > spin", but what you described (frigid with a head turn) is what most people end up doing. So, that's the tech definition, but the definition that your eyes gave you is just as accurate in this instance.
I can definitely do a video on that. In brief, setting out of flapper is all about dropping low on the support leg and pushing up hard from the set. try spinning out of it like that.
Footbaggers are so funny haha Whenever we are showing a trick to someone, we have to do it on both sides for symmetry of practice:DD

what's the best filler? rice?
donldduck18 2 years ago
@donldduck18 Best filler IMO is metal(most pros use it too) , but some people prefer sand

@simon12332 yeh you just have to crush some iron maiden or ac/dc old cd's and put that inside the hackeys and you're done..

Flapper would be cool, especially tricks out of flapper. I'm having difficulty keeping it guiltless setting from flapper.
