I've seen people put song lyrics in videos, but it was the poster of the video. I don't believe he has any limitations on content. If you can get it to him by email, he can post it. If that doesn't work, we'll figure something out. I love the song and I'll be more people would like to play it, too.
@dinky715 Sorry Dinky, I've written the lyrics and chords out twice now in the "respond to this video" window, and thru my computer/you tube ignorance I've failed to successfully post it for you. I now know I should have sent it via "reply" to you...very frustrating...I'll try again later cuz I'm ready to see how far I throw this computer, maybe there's a song there somewhere.
Love this! So fun and original! I just shared it on Google+, you may have a few more views from my Pleeps. I just got a ukulele three weeks ago and am building up my callouses and learning a few chords and simple songs. It's my first instrument besides washboard and spoons. Very exciting!
Does anyone know the chords to this song? I can't get it out of my head and I want to play it so badly but can't figure out what chords he is playing.
Bob Gross certainly is very talented! And..he is a great human being! Plus...he is my BIG BROTHER! When he plays in Dahlonega, Ga. for the Bear in the Park Music Fest..I love listening to him jamming! JAM ON BIG BROTHER!!
@UKISOCIETY :D Alan, I live on Washington Square, and every year, the 60's era folkies get together to play. There's about 75 or so 50-80 year olds with their banjos, guitars, mandolins and basses, and two years in a row, as I walk by with my banjolele in its case, they demand I join them. I take out that uke and I get - "Wow, that's not what I thought you were going to take out" and "can you stand over there with the banjos?" or "Can you play with the guitars?" Last year, I just avoided them.

I take mine sometimes and explain that the Ukulele was developed somewhere west of the Appalachins.
