  • Simply beautiful.

  • I'm trying to get funding for "Time Travel Tours". Just need to find a working time-machine. Then we can all go back and visit places like this! We'll make millions!

  • @garryej Can I join?

  • My memories of Mach. from 35 years ago; was a blistered valley from all of the slate quarrying. Perhaps that occurred after this film was made? There was an ecological project there, turning the waste back to it's former glory. It was government funded, wonder if it's still there?

  • @hirundine C.A.T. center for Alternative Technology, still going strong, but to the best of my knowledge it is a self funding organisation, but a great place to visit, very inspiring.

  • Just like the last too comments, I also wondered what it looks like now. As I have spent very little time in Wales, I also thought it maybe a good place to take a break

  • It would be interesting to re-shoot this film today from the same locations. I don't think a very great deal has changed, although there would be some less than attractive modern farm buildings I suspect.

  • @JimTLonW6 I was just thinking the same.

  • Lovely!
