I am guessing its a Licensed song, remixed for the game. Just like the ones for "Punchukii" and few other levels.

I'm pretty sure that the song was written specifically for this game (Tsunku, who helped produce the game, is associated with Occhama), since I can't find it anywhere.

I think Occhama IS Tsunku.

Lower the pitch 25-30%. Yep, definitely.

I could hear the Tsunku qualities even in the original frog vocals, but lowering the pitch pretty much settles it. His real name is Mitsuo so maybe that's where they got O-cchama.

His voice is also in the kaa~~~mo ne! HAI! monkey crowd.
