  • Not trying to sound like an asshole, but your exhaust seems to be in a.... unsafe spot.

  • how did you attach your rear axle to the frame?

    thanks

  • gas break dip

  • ANY VIDEOS OF IT WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING IT?

  • that is pry one of the best home made go karts ive seen

  • your welding sucks

  • PLZ HELP ME

i made a go kart with full suspention and am throwing a 200cc 4 stroke motor off a dirt bike on it but cant find a way to get the shifter to go through a flexible wire (so it can move with the suspention) plzzzz reply if u have any ideas or vidoes of a solution

  • would u be intrested in emailing me the chassis plans

  • nice welds lol

  • when u r weldin either do little c's back and forth or go really slow and let it bubble up when it cools it will desend and be a really nice weld

  • @2419stewart never let it bubble up. if it does get bubbles, you have a weld with porosity. VERY weak. you can let it build up a little, but then you have a weld with too much crown if your not careful. its best just to give it some sort of weave pattern. all the welds i could see were too cold, too slow or both.

  • lol dont fear the reaper in the background :P

    anyways nice buggy dude

  • nice :)

  • add some armor 2 it

  • no rear suspension?

  • dude paint the hunk of junk its so dirty!

  • gas,break.clutssssh

    hahaha

  • de puta madre, pero te falta un diferencial,yo me estoy haciendo uno,a ver

  • norther toals

  • Where do you get the pedals?

  • engine will need more air rough ride should of put some springs in the rear frame but remember home made nice job

  • Hey man can i get the demensions and design plans for that thing? me n my dad were thinking of building one ourselves, if so msg back on here n u could send to my hotmail or somethin

  • thats kilemonkys go kart

  • looks like a well designed buggy, do you think the engine would get enough airflow over it to keep cool enough sitting where it is?

  • about ur welds haha uhm are u using mig tig or arc ? and what gauge metal did u use bc im thinking of using 14 gauge

    1x1 1/2

  • looks like a really rough ride with no back suspension

  • Ur welds blow

  • bout time someone says ssomething

  • @fallsinseptember meh, abit of grinding and im sure they would look fine. :)

  • @fallsinseptember all that matters is if it sticks xD

  • @jlee2121

And you would be an authority on blowing stuff.

These bends are fine. go back to blowing stuff.

  • @jlee2121 your welds to pieces?

  • is that a yamaha engine?

  • negative, Honda 350x. Off a three wheeler

  • lol blue oyster cult is playing in the background

  • you need to weld some metal plates underneath to protect the engine and you from debris

  • and your legs from falling under, that would be baaaad

  • hey does that thing go around corners ok.. because i know that when ur going around a corner on tire iz suppsoe to spin faster than the other.. and with a live axle it wont do that....plz help me.. im building one and idk what to use for the rear axle

  • use a 7 speed peerless transaxle out of a riding mower. thats what i am using on mine

  • just use a big enuph motor you can break the back tires loose lol. Actually Having a solid rear end shouldnt really affect the stearing to much, it may a lil but not as bad as you think. Now if it was 4wd and you are talking about hte front thats another issue.

  • on sand he won't be able to turn, and turning on the street hes going to either A: Break the axle or B: Break the rims. or C: Pop the tire seals and the tires will spin.

he should go get a lawnmower differential and use that lol

  • OR...... one tire will loe traction and turn faster than the other and everything will be fine.

  • which is exactly what happened, great insight nhssdf4. The kart is torn apart now and frame scrapped. Im planning on making a way better design this summer

  • puts quite a bit of stress on an axle when you do that. It's the reason Spool-Differential axles aren't street legal.

They're also not street legal because you can't turn worth shit at high speed. Great offroad, terrid onroad.

I would rather use a differential the first time then have a snapped axle and have to take it apart.

  • who cares about turning at a high speed put it up against the wall and peel off da tires

  • NO you are wrong about A.B.and C it is an trike back end that is how they are made to work i have a Honda ATC200e

  • You fuckin retarded? You're not suppsed to ride a threewheeler on the street. Ever wonder why they banned them? They roll.

  • i don't fucking ride it on the road you fucking dumb loser fuck face cunt

  • "loser fuck face cunt"

    good one, you backwoods moron.

  • simply dont tip then smart ass probley doesnt even know wat a piston is

  • Go ride a threewheeler, and try to turn. You stupid shit.

  • no way soil id axles r 4 men nice 4 mud boggin can pull a nice donut

  • nice cute dog

  • Is everything made by you? What materials did you use to make the frame? Did you buy any parts for the frame or you made it from scratch ?

  • yea, frames made from old fire sprinkler pipe, everything is pretty much made fromm scrtatch minus the engine and petals and stuff

  • can u make a video showing if u use a lawn mwer engine how you would tip the moter on the side and atke off the feul tank and oil tank so i could gat a little more info on how to thanks

  • you cant use an engine like that to build a go kart. the oil needs to sit it the bottom ull blow it up running it on its side

  • Uhh... He means with it NOT running.

  • to use a lawn mower motor you need a snow blower gearbox or a lawn mower weel drive gear box

  • wher did you get the frame from and how do you attach the axles

  • easiest way to attach an axle is to use pillow blocks, look them up on a go kart site. and i think he welded his frame

  • Can you give me any details as to the type and dimensions of the pipe you're using and any other details ie. suspension components.

  • need to but a large honda goldwing 1100 on that sucka

  • HI Could u please tell me what kind of wheels and rums u r using on this kart!

    thanks

  • work on your welding

  • nice!! its awesome, and i like the music in the backround (dont fear the reaper)

  • hey how did you rig up the axel on that?

  • drive it

  • I had A 350x 3-wheel

it wouLd do over 100 miLes an hour

Ur kart iz gunna B crazi

  • i like it

  • snowmobile motor?

  • nope, its from a 85 honda 350x, a three-wheeler

  • nice! don't u have a seat??

  • yes, its not on the kart at the moment

  • cool good engine man hehehe :)
