  • @ayeeloveeyooh Milk is also what makes Leche Flan 'Leche' as in Milk... LOL

Without it, it's better off being called 'egg custard'. dimwit.

  • @kkjgg112391 Stupid fag. Don't call me a fckn "DIMWIT." We made this, it tasted HORRIBLE. Its better if its EVAPORATED. Not FRESH faagot.

  • @ayeeloveeyooh Woooooow harsh words slut. Clearly you said 'NO MILK' you removed your comment for a reason STUPID SLUT.

  • 10 pieces raw eggs

    1 small can condensed milk

1 cup fresh milk (or evaporated milk)

    1 cup granulated sugar

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    ETO ANG INGREDIENTS WITH MEASUREMENTS.

  • where did u get that egg separator

  • sure po ba na dapat i-beat ung mixture? hnd po ba mag babubbles un?

  • @jc23hamilton just stir not beat para wag magbubbles. solidong solid ang texture.

  • Pwede din po gawing pavlova yung egg white.

  • Comment removed

  • Ang sarap naman!! Thanks for the tutorial! Will definitely make one for my sons bday...

  • wat kind of steamer is tht? anyone?

  • .. love it !!

  • you can refrigerate it while waiting dor the caramel to cool down....when you use egg whites you have to strain the mixture twice or or more.... :)

  • How about the measurement for the sugar and milk? Is it like 1 plate for both? BTW Can we use the egg white? It seems like a waste if I throw away, unless I can find something to make with it.

  • @romelreceno you can make meringue out of those white of the eggs.

  • Comment removed

  • awesome!love it!yummy

  • Is it okay if i refrigerate the mixture to lessen the bubbles?

  • hey, love the video.... would like to ask how could i avoid air bubbles on my finished product? ive been cooking leche flan for so long and i just cant perfect its texture and smoothness.... i want it to have no air bubbles... thank you.....

  • @brrei5131 the bubbles mean that you've incorporated too much air into your custard. this happens when you over-mix, especially with a whisk. try letting it sit for several minutes to let the air bubbles rise to the top. or you can lightly bang the leche flan mold on the counter to help the air rise out of your custard. hope that helps.

  • that looks SOOO FUCKING good
