Have to give him credit for knowing his stuff. But it's also unreasonable to believe that God needs a man to be his messanger, rather than being all powerful and therefore speaking to every person individually.
Trinity for christians is highly confuse to explain, they claim that jesus is god, and god has been existing today yesterday and forever, which means eternity, therefore how do they explain that god was dead and became alive again on the third day? That does not make sense, it is contradictory therefore god if were dead for 2 days, has nothing to do with eternitiy, but if he were the son of god, then he was not god.
@MultiManriquez God is three in one. God like the joining of three in one. He made a covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. There is God the father, God the Son, and God the Holy spirit. One dimension is made up of length, width, and height. When people are joined is married the union is through the male, female, and God. One body is made up of body, soul, and spirit. In the bible-it says that a chord of three is not easily broken.
@MultiManriquez and so God likes three because it adds stability. He says in His Word that a chord of three is not easily broken. One or two strands can break under pressure but that third string build stability in One chord. So this indicates that God is not simple but is dimensional. Also you cannot attempt to understand God through your flesh or mind. That's why He said, "lean not own your own understanding". It requires faith to understand Him.
@carlinegable Thanks for the reply, but If Jesus is god, lets put it this way, 3 in one, the father , the son and the holy spirit, all make up the all mighty, jesus as the incarnation of god, jesus god himself, with divine powers, beyond our nature, how is possible to say, that jesus was dead? even if this was for a couple of days, saying a god is dead, it sounds like a blasphemy do not you think?
@MultiManriquez hey I would really love to bring light to ur question but it would take more than 134 or more characters. So if u really want u can inbox me and ill explain all it is you need to know! Once u get the revelation, then ull understand it all. God is just so complex but He is real and alive. There is a lady called Cindy trimm u could hear her sermons and she will unfold it all. U can find her on YouTube.
@MultiManriquez I have a question for you- who was God talking to when He said, Genesis 1:26 KJV
"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and. over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth." Surely He was talking to someone enough that their characteristics would also be imparted in man, right?
"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them."
Here it shows that He identifies Himself as one. The passage is in a singular not plural form. This then is consistent then with with our belief. Jesus came to reconcile us back to God so that we don't have to die and go to hell and conquered hell, death, and the grave. So through Him we have life.
@MultiManriquez That's why He said, I am the way, truth, and life and no man can come to the father but by(through) me. That's why we pray to God the father through God the son. After HE came back to life He made sure to show himself to everyone that he was alive to shut up all doubters. I think u can read that in the book of acts.
@carlinegable But seems to be that you recognize that fater God and son, are not the same thing, since clearly you establish that nobody gets to God withouth going through the son, why the bible insists persistenlty in putting jesus talking to father god in third person if jesus is god? It does not make sense to me, I am sure that jesus was a prophet and the son of god, but not god, as I said, jesus required the divine power from god to became alive when he was dead, while god was always alive.
@MultiManriquez to take it one step further then I'm done. Jesus said he had to leave so that the Comforter may come. This is where Muslims believe He was talking about Muhammad but He wasn't. He was talking about the Holy Spirit. Which He came immediately after Jesus returned to heaven and the disciples then started speaking in tounges. So because the Holy spirit is here in all believers, myself included, we can speak in tongues, lay hands and see people sick get healed, cast demons out etc.
@MultiManriquez u can watch countless videos on people getting healed by God through the Holy Spirit in Jesus Name. Because God wants people to know that He really does exist and that this power is granted to all that believe in the Name of Jesus. We live an extraordinary and exciting life!!! And we have all of Heaven backing us up to do Gods will on earth as it is done in heaven. There are no cripples in Heaven therefore God doesn't want sickness on Earth that's why He orchestrated healing.
(cont'd) Secondly, I never remembered hearing Jesus actually SAYING he was God in any of the things I was taught. It seemed to me, even then, that others had taken a very special person and made of him something he wasn't.
I'm an atheist, but even when I was very young and living in a world where Christian doctrine was taken for granted, the idea of the Trinity bothered me. That someone would be walking around, just another human being, purporting to be God, the creator of the universe, struck me as instinctively blasphemous.
@PatchesRips I'm curious what would it take to believe that Jesus is God? U KNOW there was a study done -if ur interested ill tell u more- on the soul and this doctor would weigh people before they would die and right after they died and each human list 21 grams. This test was to see if humans had souls and also if this soul could be measured. He also
If a soul has mass, it's not a "soul" in the way it's been defined by the religious. It's matter, and matter is not supernatural in any regard. It's a stupid argument from the get-go.
@PatchesRips it is obvious u have a spirit of unbelief. The only thing I want u to understand is that Jesus came so that u may have life and have it more abundantly. Life is happiness, joy, peace, love, wisdom, knowledge, etc. He came so that u could have dominion over your circumstances, over your issues, so that u could have true and everlasting peace in ur heart and mind. He came so that u could not be ever sick because He paid for ur sickness on the cross. He came so that you could
@PatchesRips have control over the issues of life. Frustration, depression, disease, negativity, hate, oppression, poverty are all forms of death to either your body, mind, or soul- these came from the devil. Jesus came so that you could make the devil behave and command sickness of the mind, soul, and spirit to be gone in His name. This is the benefit of knowing the Lord. He is not some mystical idea. Surely if He was I would not be His advocate. It just wouldn't make sense to believe
@PatchesRips something just for the fun of it. You know the saying, "what you don't know won't hurt you" well that's a lie from the pit of hell. I dont know you never met you but I don't want you to die and go to hell. I want u to know the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I want u to find and tap into true peace that this world and ppl can't offer u.
@PatchesRips I hope u haven't placed ur faith on man's idea of how we and this earth came to pass-because their hypothesis is foolish. Wisdom comes from God and Him alone so therefore if u try to do things or explain things ur own way u will never understanding. The evolution theory is stupid- if we came from monkeys why then can wee still not come from them. If this world was created from a big boom-who initiated that big boom. Oh, BS. According to you guys, he set the whole thing up. He created the game, laid out the playing field, and established the rules. And you want us to believe he sits back begging us not to enter into conflict when the world he created and the people he created to populate it are designed to make that unavoidable? @carlinegable "John 1:1-2 says In the beginning, was the Word(Jesus)"
That's just it... "the word" means just that: the word. It doesn't mean "Jesus" unless you arbitrarily decide it does. If it's supposed to be Jesus, why didn't John simply say so? Why would your god hide that in poetic wordplay that can be contradicted so easily?
John 3:16 clearly states that God sooo lived the world that Hee gaaaave His ooonly begotten Son, that (conditional) whosever(means we have a choice) believes in Him (Jesus) shall nooot DIE, but have Everlasting Life.
I love when Jesus says, "those who have ears, let them hear." Because though we all have ears, not everyone can hear the clear voice of God. Ask yourself- why would Jesus come on the earth to suffer and die, which he constantly prophesied about himself, just to do it. What then would have been the purpose? God said, "perfect love casts out all fear" fear are for those who are about to face punishment. We Christians only speak things of life and faith, while Muslims only speak of death and fear
@carlinegable "not everyone can hear the clear voice of God"
Why not? If he SINCERELY wants to be heard, how can we possibly fail to do so? He's God. If he REALLY, TRULY wanted to be clear, it would be impossible for us to misunderstand or miss the message. If we do, it's because he's NOT sincere in wanting us to hear it. He wants an excuse to send 'em to the roaster. What a monster.
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers. 2 Timothy 4:3
The thing is simply, and clear: the scriptures from the Tanach, are showing us clearly that God will have a Son, and in that God is reaveiling Himself as Father-Son. The Jewish prophets like Isiah spoke about the Messiah that will be God. Interesting is that the scroles that are found in Qumran, Israel, are from the prophet Isiah, the prophet that spoke about Jesus&Yeshoea being God. If Jesus&Yeshoea is not God, then His blood is from Adam, and can't cleanse us, so we ALL have a problem then..
I can not find the word "Trinity" written anywhere in the Bible. Surely if salvation for mankind rested on us believing Jesus(peace be upon him) was part of Triune God (2nd in the Godhead), he would have reinterated this reality to those he came in contact with constantly--proving it was a fact so that man would believe it. And yet in Mark 12:29 when Jesus had the conversation with the scribe we read that he said the FIRST commandment of all is to believe the "Lord our God is one Lord".
@amuslima99 Read the scripture where Jesus gets baptized. The heavens opened an God the father said, "this is my son, whom I love-with him I am well pleased". and it says the Holy spirit descended from heaven like a dove- the holy spirit is the Word of God. He too is part of the trinity of God.
@carlinegable God also spoke of Prophet David (peace be upon him) as being His "son". In Psalms 2:7 "...Thou (O David) art my Son; this day have I (God) begotten thee." Also, "That the Sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took wives of all which they chose." Genesis. ..."Thus saith the Lord, Israel is my Son even my firstborn." Exodus 4:22. The word "son" seems to be used more as a term of endearment, than an exclusive title given only to Jesus
That's true. God says or calls His servants, sons of god. But there is a difference, God made a covenant or promise to David and told him that His descendant would establish a house for Him( God the father) through God the son(Jesus). This prophecy was fulfilled. Read Mathew 1:1-17 this is the true genealogy of Jesus. Then read what the prophet Isaiah said concerning Jesus before he was born Isaiah 9 :6-7. Then read Matthew 28: 17-20. The point is that God fulfilled His promises.
@amuslima99 THE WORD OF THE LORD IS MULTIFACETED AND FULL OF DIMENSIONS U CANNOT SIMPLY READ THE PAGES OF THE BIBLE AND THINK U KNOW WHAT THE LORD IS TRYING TO SAY. HE REQUIRES THAT WE ALL STUDY HIS WORD BECAUSE HIS WORDS RUN DEEP AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE SOMEONE APPOINTED BY GOD TO INTERPRET HIS WORD- You won't get it. (Sorry for the capitalizing- because I'm not yelling)
Have to give him credit for knowing his stuff. But it's also unreasonable to believe that God needs a man to be his messanger, rather than being all powerful and therefore speaking to every person individually.

Saying Jesus Christ is God is like saying a square can be a circle.
