hey um i might buy a traxxas erevo 1/16 vxl but then i kinda want to buy this car i want one that will pop a whelie very easily with a stock battery which one is good i want one that is fast so out of these to cars which one is the best and do you have to buy a adapter on the hpi for a smart charger i have a slash vxl right now i want to buy a another rc truck

E firestorm is way better than the rustler, adjustable ride height, shocks caps dont fall off like the rustler one, dont care the speed, fully sealed metal diff, the rustler has a plastic case, firestorm fits a lot of aftermarket li po, with the rustler you have to put a hump battery and of course, the flux esc is configurable, the vxl is not...

@Chanceisthebomb Dude if you haven,t already got 10t flux. go with traxxas rustler vxl. it,s faster. tougher. i run mine on 9.6v 5100mah team orion. and get 50mph all day long. oh and look better aswell with darker rims.

@santclause1 I don't know, I put a lot of money into my Rustler and it still handled like crap. Yes the VXL is fast as hell, I will not dispute that. My Rustler went about 70mph I am gussing, but what good is all that speed if it doesn't handle well. The Rustler is a good car don't get me wrong, but overall I think The E-Firestorm Flux is a better all around car. It is more durable stock than the Rustler. Traxxas is only durable if you put RPM plastics on it.

I started with a traxxes rustler. Great thing. Easy to repair to. But hard to brake. Drove into a pole 2 weeks ago. Only the shock cap popped of. Nothing broke. Guess i was going about 35 to 40 MPH.

Ive heard 42mph. As far as speed my buddies rustler vxl will eat me up, but I havent broken a part yet.

i have all three of the firestorms and the flux is my favorite, with a lipo battery you can get about 70 out of it

i race in missouri and there is not many parts and when i break things i have to buy them from the internet...i plan on selling my e-firestorm from something like Associated T4..but they are very durable and fast i like them but i have not being able to buy parts at local hobby shops
