  • @Cherryberrii74 You could listen to music for meditation on headphones or just with speakers. I also suggest going out in nature to meditate.

  • I have never mediated in my life, but I feel this cold breeze within my chest and back at random points in my life. I researched it, and found out people feel this when they meditate. It only occurs in my chest, stomach, and back. Is this some vibration I'm feeling naturally?

  • @Jhartsock123 I believe that when you are in a meditative state, with a quiet mind, that the divine starts to pour its love on you. That love comes in the form of vibrations. You feel a cool breeze when the energy is flowing without an obstruction. This energy that you feel is the energy that does all the living work of this universe. You are also made of that, and you can connect to it through meditation.

  • If you meditate in the true sense of the word, then you automatically start to discard your six enemies. You have innate qualities that get awakened when you meditate. Meditation is not just when you are sitting down but when your mind is at peace. You can try self-realization for reaching a state of peace within yourself.

  • @klacsanzky77 - i found this when it happened spontaneously during a meditation - the automatic or natural arising of the discarding - so there was no need to struggle trying to do it. & yes, it's nice when 'the meditating' is always happening, so to say, as one walks around living life. seems like i move in and out of this 'space' or sense. would very much like to be in it full time, help for this has appeared which is nice....enjoyed the video, here, too.

    most of the people are please with those, but only few really want to do the change.

  • @noticiasymas you have to face yourself, and see what you need to work on. Meditation is so powerful that when you are in that meditative state, all your porblems start to vanish. When your problems start to vanish then what you have left is peace and bliss. Complete satisfaction.
